Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pour chickpeas into a medium size
mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Mix in celery, onion, mayonnaise
(to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
